NOTICE 
The NZHIA is maintaining a watching brief as at 03/09/2009
whilst NZ does have Industrial Hemp Legislation it has many issues to resolve such as hempseed in foodstuffs which currently is not allowed, making the Legislation somewhat the "Claytons Legislation."
